Tip one: Take the net shot high
How high? As high as you can!
Taking the shuttle high not only eases the execution of the technique, but also makes the shot reach the ground on the opposite court faster. This also gives you a better angle to change techniques should you anticipate your opponent coming forward.

Tip two: Keep your racket in a high ready position
